After a fortnight of rumours about the star joining a Kenyan side circulating, it is now beyond doubt that the Ugandan goal poacher will ply his trade for Kenya Premier league entity Gor Mahia.
Gor Mahia is Kenya's top flight league record champion having won it on 18 times and have also won the FKF President's Cup a record 10 times.
Tito Okello has been playing for Vipers and now joins the K'Ogalo on a two year contract to pair up with another Ugandan and left back Shafik Batambuze.
Kenya Premier League and in particular Gor Mahia has been a good hunting place for Ugandan footballers like Juma Balinya, Hashim Ssempala, Erisa Ssekisambu,David Otti (R.I.P), Daniel Muzeyi Sserunkuma, Geofrey ‘Baba’ Kizito, Khalid Aucho to mention but a few.
