Arthur Kyesimira coached side BUL FC has on Saturday 1st August, 2020 announced the double signing of Aggrey Madoi and Ibrahim Mugulusi.
The duo has signed for the Oil makers a two year contract until 2022. BUL FC had this to post on his facebook page.

Aggrey Madoi, a former Vipers SC, Police FC and JMC Hippos player joins from Wakiso Giants as Mugurusi a former SC Villa player joins from rivals Busoga United.
BUL FC finished 6th last season with 36 points from 10 wins, 6 draws and 9 losses. The new Star Times Uganda Premier league is scheduled to kick off on 17th October, 2020 if normalcy in the country is restored.
