Not a day has passed when the Entebbe based side officially announced the signing of Disan Galiwango from Express FC, the Venoms have today confirmed the signing of offensive midfielder Ibrahim Orit from Mbarara City.

Speaking to the team's website, Orit had this say; “I‘m happy to be here as it has always been my dream to feature for this competitive club and when the coach called to express his interest, it wasn’t a hard decision to make”.

”Allow me also to thank the Mbarara City administration for the wonderful time i have had with them and all fans for the love they showed throughout my stay at the club.”

Orit formed one of the best midfields in the Uganda Premier League last season, patterning Pistis Barengye and Hilary Mukundane. He netted four goals for the Mbarara based side to help the Ankole Lions finish seventh in the league with 36 points from 10 wins, 6 draws and 9 losses.

He joins the four time champions on a free transfer deal after his contract at the Mwine Mpaka's owned side had expired. The Itesot put pen to paper on a three year contract and will stay at the St. Mary's stadium till 2023.

Born on July 28th, 1998, the 22 year old pacy midfielder and a graduate of Junior Eagles Football Academy has been at Mbarara City from 2017 who he joined from Future Stars. Vipers welcomed him with beautiful words....

"Welcome and feel at home Ibrahim Orit, Vipers is a wonderful family you will enjoy".
