"Either give me 550Million or am taking you to court"- Bad Black warns Ministry of Health

Socialite Shanita Namuyimbwa alias Bad Black has issued an intension to sue notice to a one Mr. Kisembo Ronex Tembo of Precision media demanding a whooping sum of shs550million for duping and tricking her into recording a COVID-19 sensitisation advertisement for the government of Uganda on a voluntary basis.

It is alleged that during the month of April of this calendar year, Mr. Kisembo Ronex of Precision Media acted as an agent of Ministry of Health and struck a deal with the renowned sumbie vendor to record an advert encouraging fellow s@x workers especially those that are residents in country borders to avoid doing thigh business with cargo transporters whom the government had spotted to be highly risky as far as spreading the pandemic.

The oral agreement that was reached to between Bad Black and Precision Media was to meet the President, H.E Gen. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni with whom she would discuss the payments of her endorsement.

Since then, Bad Black's recorded advert is being used in the fight against COVID-19 being aired on all media platforms as an advert sponsored by the Ministry of Health with support from Precision Media, UNICEF and World Health Organisation.

Now through her lawyers, Musangala Advocates and Solicitors, Bad Black is demanding Precision Media shs500million as consideration for the said advert and shs50million as damages.

She had issued Precision Media a 14 day ultimatum for Precision Media to comply to her demands or else she will be left with no choice but proceed with a civil suit in the courts of law.
