Woman Who Gave Birth in Qaurantine Finally Allowed to Go Back Home

Good news coming in our Blizz news desk indicates that a Covid-19 positive mother who gave birth to a bouncing baby girl at Entebbe Grade B Hospital has been discharged.

Nambooze Joan, a 22 year old resident of Kyengera, Wakiso district who was infected by her husband Francis Mugenyi, a returnee from Dubai in March this year is among the 5 patients who have been discharged on Tuesday 28th upon recovery and testing negative twice for the disease.

Nambooze's baby never got infected as affirmed by the health personnel at Entebbe Grade B hospital and accordingly, 3 were discharged from Entebbe Hospital while 2 patients were discharged from Mulago Hospital and the total recoveries now stand at 52.
