cIn the Stay Home Campaign aimed at fighting the deadly Covid-19 pandemic, President Yoweri Museveni has fulfilled his promise he made last Wednesday during his State of the nation address by dropping a video of how to exercise while indoors.
This is a response to the concern that the Fountain of Honour expressed after learning that people had started committing mass murder by doing physical exercises in public which was contrary to his earlier directive of banning public gatherings as a way of curbing the spread of the global pandemic.
Clad in his sweater pants, "Tata Natasha" has shared tips on how Ugandans can maintain body fitness indoors through doing simple lamps, body push ups among others, a session that has went down in his office at the State House, Entebbe.

Yesterday, I discouraged people who have been jogging in groups, exposing themselves to risk amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. You do not have to go outdoors to exercise. Here is my demonstration of how you can exercise indoors and stay safe. pic.twitter.com/Ulbj6vGOYQ
