The Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) has asked all Ugandans to look for a Q mark or Certificate of Conformity (COC) on all brands of Sanitizer they intend to buy amid the widening Coronavirus crisis.
According to Maureen Kamusiime from the Public relations office of UNBS, all Sanitizers made in Uganda and certified must possess a Q Mark symbol while those manufactured from other countries should have a certificate of Conformity issued by UNBS officials.
