Parents of the eight months old baby who recently tested positive of coronavirus have come out and cried for government intervention as they are dying of hunger in the institutional quarantine.
Uganda on Wednesday confirmed five more cases of coronavirus including an eight months old baby who was said to have been infected by his father, who recently returned from Kisumu, Kenya.
Though the victim and the mother had been put under institutional quarantine, it had been alleged that the father had gone AWOL and was being man hunted so as to avoid the further spread of the virus.
According to the video that is going viral allover the social media platforms, the parents together with the baby are currently in quarantine at Mulago hospital though in a worrying condition as they can't live a normal life since they are helpless.
The later are now yearning for government intervention so as to get out of the dilemma by providing them with enough basic necessities and medical attention.
