David Lutalo and Manager in a Child Neglect Scandal, Woman Involves Police

Singer David Lutalo and Maureen Nantume's events promoter Moses Wasswa alias Promoter Mosswa is in hot soup for child neglect.

Promoter Mosswa is accused of neglecting a child with whom they sired with a mysterious woman who cannot currently fulfill the responsibilities of parenthood as a single mother.

Accordingly, Promoter Mosswa has on several occasions been reached out by his secret lover requesting for upkeep and dimes to look after his child and arrogant going on to misbehave to the extent of blocking calls from the mother of his child.

Having stubbornly refused to take care of his own blood, Promoter Mosswa has been given a short ultimatum to start providing for his child or his woman involves the State Minister for Youth and Children's Affairs as far as this matter is concerned.
