Police FC share spoils with SC Villa as match day 20 concludes

Police FC have on Monday 3rd February, 2020 played to two all draw with SC Villa in an entertaining four goal thriller played at the Star Times Stadium, Lugogo.

Villa opened the scoring fifteen minutes into play when Bashir Mutanda beautifully converted a sweet cross from left back Derrick Ndahiro. Police FC equalised through Samson Kigozi with one minute to half time but SC Villa instantly reacted to make it 2:1 before half time with Nicolas Kabonge on target.

Police FC salvaged a point in the 78th minute when Fahad Kizito drew the tie levelled. The point raised the cops from 12th to 11th position on 22 points, level with Kyetume FC but with a superior goal difference. Abdullah Mubiru's side boasts with a superior -3 goal difference compared to Kyetume's -14.

Edward Kaziba's SC Villa stayed static in third position but moved a point clear of fourth placed URA who stand on 33.
