Match day 18 of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League continued with four fixtures producing seven goals and we have all the results here for you.

George Ssemwogerere's Express FC had its first win of the second round, a 3:0 win over Proline FC. Thanks to goals from Dennis Sserukwaya (8') who converted a penalty after Ivan Ocholit was fouled, an own goal from Proline's Sserunjoji gave the Red army a 2:0 lead before Ivan Ocholit scored his second of the season to seal the win.

Express now stand 11th on the sixteen team table with 21 points from 6 wins, 3 draws and 9 losses.

Busoga United also had its third successive win of the second round after a 1:0 victory over Mbarara city. Lawrence "Enzo" Tezikya scored the match's only goal after an assist from right back Otwao Abubaker.

The win was Jinja side's 4th over the Mbarara side with the latter winning two. There has been no draw in their six meetings. Busoga United now stand 7th on the table with 27 points from 8 wins, 3 draws and 7 losses.

Douglas Bamweyana's Maroons were 2:0 winners over Peter Onen's BUL FC. Fred Amaku gave the Prisoners the lead in the 25th minute before Steven Mukwala's 42nd minute penalty sealed the win. His (Steven) goal took his tally for the season to 12 goals and now tops the top scorers list, with Police's Ben Ochen and Vipers' Fahad Bayo second on 11.

URA FC were also 1:0 winners over Bright Stars FC with a 33rd minute Cromwell Rwithomio Strike enough to hand the tax collectors a third successive win of the second round.

URA FC climbs to fourth on the table with 29 point from 7 wins, 8 draws and 3 losses.

Action continues today on 19th January, 2020 with a single fixture between Wakiso Giants Vs Onduparaka at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium completing match day 18 fixtures.
