FUFA present Eng. Moses Magogo is back in his office following the end of a two months ban imposed on him for by FIFA.

Two months ago, FIFA wrote a letter to FUFA ordering FUFA president Eng. Moses Magogo to stay aside of all football related activities after the president accepted a plea bargain over selling world cup tickets meant for Ugandans to other nationals.

A plea bargain is where a victim pleads guilty over a case, and for this case Magogo accepted selling the tickets and FIFA granted him a minor punishment.

Magogo was also fined $10,000 and had he not plead guilty before (plea bargain), he was likely to face a three year ban.

The ban followed a petition by Katwe United Proprietor and Makindye West Member of Parliament Allan Ssewanyana upon which FIFA carried out investigations and a decision to ban Magogo was reached two months ago.
