KCCA FC's attacking winger Allan Okello score all the goals in the 28th and 67th minute to maintain a 100% winning record.
Johnny McKinstry named a team with two changes to a side that beat Burundi in the opening game. Joel Madondo replaced Police's Ben Ocen while URA's midfielder Joackim Ojera came on for Wakiso Giants’ Viane Ssekajugo.
Uganda's next opponent is Eritrea on Wednesday 10th December with a win by the Cranes brightening their chances of progressing to the next round.
