The Chairperson Uganda Human Rights Commission (UHRC), Mr. Meddie Kaggwa is dead.
Blizz Uganda has learnt that the late has passed on after reportedly collapsing while on his way to work on Wednesday 20th morning and his body is currently at Case Clinic, Kampala.
The late Meddie Kaggwa last made a public appearance on Tuesday 19th at the Uganda Police Force Headquarters located at Naguru where he made a presentation before the Police Council Members on the Status and Observance of Human Rights: A current appraisal of the Uganda Police Force.
