In a match played at the Star Times Stadium Lugogo, home team KCCA FC beat Vipers who had not lost a match this season.

The win ended Vipers' 13 match unbeaten run in which they had won ten and drawn three but a dominant KCCA side was so attacking minded from the onset.

A 31st minute strike from Muzamiru Mutyaba was enough to hand the Kasasiro boys a deserved after three league matches without a win against the Venoms.

The win by the Mike Mutebi side means they can top the table by the of the league's first round should they win their remaining five fixtures.

Vipers' coach Edward Golola made his first substitution four minutes into second half bringing in Allan Kayiwa for Innocent Wafula, Brian Kalumba for Tito Okello in the 66 the minute and finally "Frank Zagga"Tumweisige on for Brian Nkuubi but all his antics failed to work on a pacy KCCA side.

KCCA FC made changes with Sserwadda coming on for Muzamiri Mutyaba 73', John Odumwegu on for Mike Mutyaba 83' and finally Herbert Achai came on for Keziron Kizito 88'.
