The Mike Mutebi side fell behind in the 17th minute courtesy of Ben Ochen goal but equalized four minutes later through Jackson Nunda.
The cops reinstated their lead in the 24th minute through Pius Kaggwa but their hopes for a win after two successive losses ended when Jackson Nunda completed his brace in the 70th minute to level matters for the Lugogo based side.
The winning goal for KCCA FC came twelve minutes to time through former Gor Mahia talisman Erisa Ssekisambu. The win is KCCA's fifth of the season and takes their points tally to sixteen in eight matches with one draw and two losses.
Police FC's loss is their eighth of the season and third in row. They are the side to lose the most number of matches this season.
