Over the weekend, Kihura Rozio captured the internet’s attention with a viral video showing him chasing after Bobi Wine’s motorcade during a National Unity Platform (NUP) campaign in Western Uganda. In the video, Kihura’s fervent pursuit culminated in a touching moment where he caught up with Bobi Wine, simply requesting a bro-fist. Bobi, ever the man of the people, obliged and even shared a snack he was munching on.
The story didn't end there. Kihura soon appeared in another video, expressing his desire to meet Bobi Wine and seeking financial assistance to improve his life. Bobi Wine, moved by Kihura’s earnest plea, arranged a meet-up in Magere, marking the beginning of a budding friendship.
At the start of the week, Kihura's dream of meeting Bobi Wine came true. During a media address, Bobi acknowledged their newfound friendship and promised to have an in-depth discussion to understand Kihura's needs better.
Today, the promise was fulfilled at the NUP Headquarters in Makerere Kavule. Bobi Wine presented Kihura Rozio with a brand-new motorcycle, hoping it would enable him to earn a living and support his family.
"Our brother Kihura Rozio, also known as Nsi, had a simple yet significant request for a brand-new motorcycle. We are happy to provide this for him, hoping it will help generate some income for him and his family. A big thank you to everyone who has supported Kihura and all our comrades in need," Bobi Wine shared.
