In his university days, Ssegawa was known for barbecuing meat on the streets of Mubende. His hustle began at the tender age of 10, selling cooked maize on the streets before moving on to selling barbecued meat on travel buses. Despite his early start in the business world, he never graduated from university, but his tenacity led him to the media industry in 2014.
Ssegawa's first stint was with Fire FM, followed by positions at Link FM, Mbabule FM, and Digida FM. He is currently a football commentator and entertainment presenter at Radio Simba, where he has won multiple awards for his football commentary. Beyond the airwaves, Ssegawa has also become a brand ambassador for KDB Kyarenga Tonto alcoholic drink.
However, it is his music career that has recently catapulted him into the spotlight. His song "Mbulamu Kitwalo" is a sensation on social media, capturing the hearts of many. Ssegawa is not stopping there; he is ambitiously working to break the Guinness World Record for the longest song. His unique approach involves creating 20 different songs within a single track, and he is already on the seventh song.
