The newly appointed Presidential Advisor of Ghetto Matters, faded singer Buchaman has come out and announced how much he is going to fight to see that the government allows children with dreadlocks in school.

Real name, Mark Bugembe, but  commonly known by his stage name Buchaman, announced this new movement while speaking to the Ghetto people in one of his rallies to fulfill the duties he was appointed for by President Museveni a few days ago.

President Yoweri Museveni appointed singer Buchman as presidential adviser on Ghetto affairs after the president’s meeting with the group in Kibuye, Kampala on Saturday.

Buchaman rose to fame in 2005 after passionately asking the ladies, Lwaki Temumatira? (Why don’t you like me?) The song topped 2005’s local charts and Buchaman instantly became a star.
