The Finals of the 2019 Pepsi University Football League that were scheduled for this Sunday 3rd November at Namboole Stadium have been postponed to a yet to be confirmed date.
This follows the resting of the Namboole Stadium pitch for refurbishment following the recent heavy rains during the Masaza cup finals that left it in an unplayable state.
Organising Committee Secretary Akwech Samuel said that the Finals between UCU and St. Lawrence University and the Third Place PlayOff between Bugema University and Uganda Martyrs University have therefore been postponed as an alternative venue is secured.
