Ugandan internationally celebrated famed music star Edrisa Musuuza popularly known by his stage name Eddy Kenzo has been handed an invite by President Museveni for a massive dinner and handshake as a way of appreciating his tireless efforts of raising the Pearl of Africa's crown worldwide.
Following a hashtag that has been going viral on the Big Talent Music Group's entire social media platforms dubbed #Weyayu where the singer has endlessly been crying out to the government for a recognition not only to his music achievements but also selling out the country to the rest of the world, finally the Fountain of Honour has answered his call.
Though one would say that receiving a presidential invitation was as a result of bringing home the Best African Entertainer award at the 5th edition of African Entertainment Awards USA 2019, the 'Congs mama' singer has not only won for his country international music accolades but also sold her cultural heritage worldwide hence enticing a lot of investors and foreign income through tourism.
Forget about singer turned politician MP Bobi Wine who 'Taata Natasha' accused of scaring away investment in his country because of too much politicking and misrepresenting of his country's image, its a round of applause to President Museveni for recognising the 'Sitya loss' achievements though many 'Basiima ogenze'.
