Media personality and singer Ahlam Ismail, affectionately known as Lamu, has decided to switch frequencies from XFM to NTV Uganda, taking a huge step in her career hence exciting fans.

Lamu, whose magnetic presence has been a staple on the airwaves, took to social media today to orchestrate the big reveal. She announced her upcoming role as the host of the much-anticipated NTV travels show, promising viewers a thrilling adventure that's set to hit their screens soon.

The crescendo of Lamu's departure from XFM reached its peak yesterday as she bid a fond farewell to her radio roots through a heartfelt post on her socials. Expressing gratitude for her time at XFM and acknowledging her co-host, Charlie Denzel Mwiyeretsi, Lamu highlighted the memorable moments they shared on #thexzit.
