Maroons Vs KCCA FC Preview.

The Star Times Uganda premier League (SUPL) is back with the 13 time league Champions and title holders KCCA FC visiting Maroons FC. 

The home side has had quite a good season in relation to 
last season, standing 7th on 13 points with 4 wins, 1 draw and 3 losses from 8 matches played so far. 

The Kasasiro boys have played two games fewer and stand a slot adrift of the prisoners in 8th position. They have played six matches, winning three, drawing once and losing on two occasions. 

Maroons have scored eight goals conceding nine whereas KCCA have scored seven and conceding five. 

Maroons FC come into the game on the back of a goalless draw with SC Villa and in KCCA, they face a rejuvenated side who thumped Onduparaka 4:0 in their last match at Star Times Stadium, Lugogo that ended their five match winless run in all competitions. 

Maroons are boosted by their reigning coach of the month award winner, Douglas Bamweyana and the pacy duo of Pius Obuya and Steven Mukwala. 

KCCA FC will look to Mike Mutyaba, Allan Okello and Mustafa Kiiza, the contestants on the Airtel FUFA Male footballer of the year award. 

KCCA FC are boosted by the return to full fitness of Sadat Anaku who had a superb finish against Onduparaka and opened his account for goals in the Star Times Uganda Premier League. 

Muzamir Mutyaba and Julius Poloto are doubts despite returning to training while Sadam Juma, Eric Ssenjobe and Hassan Jurua are still ruled out.
