Arthur Blick and co-driver George Ssemakula increased their hopes of winning the National Rally Championship 2019 when they won in Hoima in a rally witnessed by heavy rain down pour.
The duo which drives Mitsubishi Evo X clocked a time of 1:41.20 hours followed by Omar Mayanja and Hussein Mukuye in Evo X who clocked 1:41.41 secs. The win by Arthur puts him in the second position on the table with 385 points only 30 behind championship leader Yasin Nasser.
The soggy rallying ground saw many drivers retire before the final day and among them include Ponsiano Lwakataka who had an engineer failure. The final round of the rally is scheduled for 29th November, 2019 in Mbale.
