Juma Balinya is a Ugandan football forward Who plies his trade in Tanzania's outfits Young Africans FC. He was Uganda's super league topscorer last season playing for Police FC netting 19 goals despite playing at the wing side.

Despite being top-scorer, the Star argues that it was not fair for him not to be included amongst the nominees of the best Male player of the year.

The pacy forward went to his Facebook timeline and here is his argument,

"I wanted to keep quiet about this but seriously its not easy to do so .I played the whole of last season in Uganda up to may when the league ended.
So if am am not among the best players then which season or year are they considering coz the current season they have played not more than 8 games  So are they choosing the best player after 8 games or two months. They new if they put me in the list their player will not win it coz they clearly know i was the best last season. But i pray one day our country will change so that other people dont suffer.JB18"
