From Next Media to NRG, Marcus Kwikiriza Crosses Over for a Juicier Salary

Veteran media personality Marcus Kwikiriza has officially crossed over and joined NRG Radio, a new move since he left Next Radio two years ago.

According to trusted sources, NRG Radio, a sister station in Kenya under the same name launched in Uganda this year and it has hired media personalities like Sheila Salta, Etania Mutoni .

According to the posts shard by NRG Radio ,Kwikiriza will be hosting a morning show.

When he resigned from the morning show at Next Radio in February 2021 and stopped co-hosting Another Round with Gaetano Kaggwa on NBS TV, he was named General Manager and Head of Business Strategy at Next Media.

There were also rumours that he had resigned to take over as the chief executive of Vision Group following the sacking of Robert Kabushenga.

But the position would be filled by Don Wanyama, the former presidential press secretary.
