The Uganda Cranes team preparing for the Championship of African Nations (CHAN) played to an understanding fruitful draw against Uganda Hippos (U20) at FUFA Technical center in Njeru.
The match was played yesterday Tuesday 17th September, 2019 in Buikwe at Njeru with both sides threatening to score against each other but their attempts didn't yield any goals.
The Uganda Cranes team (CHAN) are preparing for an away clash against Burundi on Saturday 21st September, 2019.
The Hippos are preparing for the CECAFA U20 championship that starts on 21st September, to 5th October, 2019 in Gulu.
SC Villa's Gavin Kizito Mugweri who has since then captained the national U17 team was given the armband for the Hippos as SC Vipers' Halid Lwaliwa captained the CHAN team.
