There is a trending video allover the social media platforms that has caused public outrage showing teachers of Ishaka Adventist Nursing School, Bushenyi district rudely whipping students.
Looking at the video analytically, it’s crystal clear that the innocent students practicing their dream move of nursing and saving lives are being punished for poor performance or indiscipline and the shameless teacher is heard counting the remaining strokes of the rod for the victim of the circumstance.
Though the saying goes that ‘spare the rod and spoil the child’ the ongoing video has caused a lot of optimism and mixes reactions among revelers with many showing concern why medics in Uganda won’t promote their heartless and rude tendencies towards patients given their critical background they face while in training schools.
